What gets collected

Only what you type into the contact form or the pricing configurator. Your name, business name, email address, phone number if you give one, the build you configured and whatever you write in the message. Nothing else is asked for and nothing is bought from anywhere.

Why

To reply to you and to work out whether I can help. That is the whole reason. Your details are not sold, not shared and not added to a mailing list.

How long it is kept

Enquiries stay in my email for as long as the conversation is useful. If we do not end up working together and you would like it deleted, ask and it gets deleted.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. It does not track you across other websites and it runs no advertising pixels.

If analytics is switched on, it uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, which sets its own cookies. That runs only if you agree to it, and it does not try to work out who you are personally. You can decline and the site works exactly the same.

The pricing configurator briefly stores what you selected in your own browser so the contact form can be filled in for you on the next page. That stays on your device, clears when you close the tab, and is never sent anywhere except with the enquiry you choose to submit.

Your rights under POPIA

You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected and ask for it to be deleted. Email me and I will do it. If you are not happy with how it has been handled you can take it up with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS. Form submissions go straight to my inbox rather than sitting in a database on this website, which means there is nothing stored here to steal.
